Account health

A safety score and a live queue,
so you see problems first.

ReplyKaro paces your messages to stay inside Instagram's limits. The Account Health page shows how that is going: one score from 0 to 100, the factors behind it, and the queue of messages waiting to go out.

What goes into the score

If Instagram is not sending your account new comments and messages because the webhook subscription is missing, 20 points are deducted. Scores of 85 and above read as Excellent, 70 to 84 as Good, 50 to 69 as Fair, 30 to 49 as Poor, and below 30 as Critical.

The queue monitor

  • Messages waiting, being sent now, and failed in the last 24 hours.
  • Hourly DM and comment-reply capacity for the selected account, based on your delivery speed.
  • Live versus background slots. When a large backlog builds up, 25% of capacity is kept free for replies to brand-new comments.
  • When the next sending slot opens and roughly how long a backlog will take to clear.

Delivery speed

The Free plan sends at a fixed, conservative pace. On paid plans you can raise the delivery speed within your plan's cap, or leave it on automatic, where ReplyKaro adjusts to recent delivery results.

Everything on the page is per Instagram account. If you manage several accounts, the numbers for one never include another.

Pacing reduces the chance of hitting Instagram's limits. It cannot promise that an account will never be restricted.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Why is my queue not empty?

When many people comment at once, messages are queued and sent at a safe pace. The monitor shows how many are waiting and when the next slot opens.

What is a rolling 60-minute window?

Your hourly limit is measured over the last 60 minutes, not by the clock hour. Capacity frees up continuously as older sends age out.

Why did my score drop?

Open the factor list. The lowest bars show the cause, for example a paused automation, a growing backlog or an access token close to expiry.

Can I raise how fast messages are sent?

On paid plans, yes, within your plan's cap. The Free plan uses a fixed pace.

Does a high score guarantee my account is safe?

No. It shows whether ReplyKaro is operating within sensible limits. Instagram makes the final decision about any account.
