What gets tracked
- The main link button on an automation message.
- Extra link buttons on the same message.
- Product card buttons, including each product in a carousel.
- Links in flows built in Flow Builder or Canvas.
- DM link pages, such as replykaro.com/dm/yourname, that you share outside Instagram.
Phone numbers are not wrapped, because tapping one opens the dialer.
How it works, in plain terms
When ReplyKaro sends a message, the button points to a short ReplyKaro address. When someone taps it, we record the click and send them straight on to your destination. The destination is looked up from your saved automation on our side, so a tracked address cannot be edited to point somewhere else.
Link-preview crawlers that fetch a link the moment it is sent are not counted, so clicks reflect real people.

For links the AI sends, clicks are counted in AI Inbox results as the closest signal to sales.

Frequently asked questions
Does tracking change where the link goes?
No. People land on exactly the destination you set. The only difference is that the tap is counted first.
Do I need to add UTM parameters?
Not for click counts. You can still add UTM parameters to your own destination URL if you want them in your website analytics.
Why might clicks look lower than I expect?
Only taps on tracked buttons are counted. People who copy a URL by hand, or open it on a device that blocks redirects, may not be counted.
Does it show purchases?
No. Clicks are the signal ReplyKaro can measure. Use your store or checkout analytics for purchases.
Does link tracking cost extra?
No separate charge. It is built in. Your plan's DM and automation limits apply as listed on the pricing page.
