What ManyChat costs as your contact count grows
ManyChat's price follows the number of contacts you have, so the right comparison is your own audience size, not the price on the first card.
ReplyKaro counts something else: DMs and active automations, not contacts. Free is 1 Instagram account, 3 active automations and 1,000 DMs a month. Starter Pack is ₹99 ($3) for 10 automations and 30,000 DMs a month. Pro Pack is ₹299 ($9) with unlimited automations and DMs.
Because the units differ, do not compare the two lists row by row. Take last month's numbers instead: how many people commented a keyword (that is your DMs), and how many people are in your ManyChat contact list (that is what ManyChat bills on). Then read each tool's cap against its own unit.

Test an alternative on one Reel before you move anything
- Pick one upcoming Reel and give it a keyword you have not used before.
- Build that one automation in the new tool, send yourself a test from a second account and read the DM on your phone.
- Leave every existing ManyChat automation untouched. Instagram allows one private reply per comment, so never switch two tools on to the same post.
