WhatsApp-first and support platforms
These are a different category. Meta's per-message fees are billed on top of the plan, so the headline price is not comparable with an Instagram-first tool.

Schedulers (a different job)
Schedulers plan and publish posts. They do not send a DM when someone comments, so many creators use one alongside a DM tool.

Pause the old automation on a post before enabling the new one, because Instagram allows one private reply per comment.
