Refund Policy

ReplyKaro operates a strict no-refund policy. Please read this page carefully before subscribing to any paid plan.

1. No Refund Policy

All payments made for ReplyKaro paid plans (Starter Pack, Pro Pack, Growth Pack, and Agency Pack) are final and non-refundable.

By completing a payment, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Cancellation of your subscription before the billing period ends
  • Dissatisfaction with the service or its features
  • Account suspension or termination due to policy violations
  • Inability to use the platform due to Instagram or Meta restrictions
  • Switching between paid plans (unused time is not credited)
  • Accidental or duplicate purchases

2. Why We Have a No-Refund Policy

ReplyKaro provides a Free Forever plan with no credit card required, no time limit, and no hidden restrictions on core features. This gives every user the opportunity to fully evaluate the platform before spending any money.

Because we invest heavily in infrastructure, API access, and engineering to deliver reliable automation 24/7, we are unable to absorb the cost of refunded subscriptions. Our no-refund policy allows us to keep pricing fair and sustainable for all users.

3. Try Before You Pay — Free Plan

We strongly encourage all users to test ReplyKaro thoroughly on the Free plan before upgrading. The Free plan includes:

  • Up to 1,000 automated DMs per month
  • Up to 3 active automations
  • Comment-to-DM and Story Reply automations
  • No credit card required — ever
  • No time limit — the Free plan does not expire

4. Cancellations

You can cancel your paid subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period:

  • Access: You will retain full paid-plan access until the last day of your current billing period.
  • Downgrade: After the billing period ends, your account will automatically revert to the Free plan.
  • No Prorated Refunds: Unused days or weeks remaining in your billing cycle are not refunded or credited to a future subscription.
  • Reactivation: You can resubscribe to a paid plan at any time after cancellation.

5. Switching Between Plans

To switch between paid plans (e.g., Starter to Pro):

  1. Cancel your current plan from the dashboard.
  2. Wait for your current billing period to end.
  3. Subscribe to the new plan.

Unused time from the previous plan is not refunded, credited, or transferred to the new plan.

6. Exceptions

ReplyKaro does not offer refunds as a general policy. However, in the rare event of a verified technical error on our part (such as a double charge due to a payment gateway fault), we will investigate and resolve the issue on a case-by-case basis. Such requests must be submitted within 7 days of the charge, accompanied by your payment receipt.

We are not liable for charges resulting from failure to cancel a subscription on time, or for charges caused by your payment provider.
