Facebook and Instagram are set up differently
- Facebook uses a Page connection and Messenger messages; Instagram uses a Professional account and Instagram DMs.
- The 24-hour messaging window and private-reply rules are set by each platform, so check Meta's rules.
- Flows, broadcasts, subscribers and link tracking each have their own section in the Facebook part of the dashboard.
