By using ReplyKaro, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.
1. Services & Eligibility
ReplyKaro provides automation tools for Instagram Professional and Creator accounts. We offer a Free Forever plan that allows you to use core features at no cost, with no time limit and no credit card required. Paid plans (Starter and Pro) unlock higher limits and premium features.
By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these terms:
- You must be at least 18 years of age or have parental consent.
- You must own or have authorized access to the Instagram Professional account being automated.
- You are responsible for all content sent via your automations, including DMs, public replies, and story responses.
- One ReplyKaro account is permitted per Instagram account. Creating duplicate accounts is prohibited.
- The Free plan is available indefinitely. We reserve the right to modify Free plan limits with 30 days' notice.
2. Meta Platform Policy
ReplyKaro is a third-party tool built on the official Instagram Graph API and Messaging API.
You agree to comply with all Meta Platform Terms and Instagram Community Guidelines. ReplyKaro is not responsible if your account is restricted by Meta due to misuse of automation, spamming, or violating community guidelines.
We implement rate limiting, frequency capping, and anti-spam protections to help you stay within Meta's guidelines, but the responsibility of compliance ultimately lies with you as the account owner.
3. Payments & Subscriptions
ReplyKaro offers a Free Forever plan at no cost. We encourage all users to fully test our platform on the Free plan before upgrading to a paid subscription. Paid subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly) through Razorpay.
- Free Plan: The Free Starter plan is available at no charge, forever, with no credit card required. It includes core automation features with lower usage limits (1,000 DMs/month, 3 automations).
- No Refunds: All payments for paid plans (Starter, Pro) are final and non-refundable. By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to cancellation, account suspension, or dissatisfaction with the service. Since a Free plan is available for unlimited testing, we expect users to make an informed decision before upgrading.
- Cancellations: You can cancel your subscription at any time via the dashboard. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account will revert to the Free plan. No prorated refunds are provided.
- Plan Changes: To switch between paid plans (e.g., Starter to Pro), cancel the current plan first. Once it expires, subscribe to the new plan. Unused time from the previous plan is not refunded or credited.
- Pricing Changes: We reserve the right to modify pricing tiers with 30 days' prior notice to existing subscribers. Price changes do not affect active billing cycles.
- Failed Payments: If a recurring payment fails, your account will be downgraded to the Free plan after a 3-day grace period. You can resubscribe at any time.
4. Referral Program
ReplyKaro offers a referral program where existing users can invite new users and earn recurring commissions. The following rules apply:
- Commission Rate: Referrers earn 25% recurring commission on every payment made by their referred users, for as long as the referred user remains subscribed.
- New Users Only: Referral codes are valid only for brand-new accounts that have never signed up on ReplyKaro before. Existing users cannot be re-referred.
- Self-Referral Prohibited: Referring your own secondary or alternate Instagram accounts is strictly prohibited. Any accounts found to be engaging in self-referral will be permanently suspended without notice and all pending commissions will be forfeited.
- One Referral Per Account: Each new user can only use one referral code. Once applied, it cannot be changed or transferred.
- Commission Calculation: Commissions are calculated on the net payment received by ReplyKaro after payment gateway fees and applicable taxes.
- Payout: Commission payouts are processed once per month, 30 days after the referred user's first successful payment. This ensures the payment is verified and non-disputed. Payouts are sent via UPI or bank transfer (India) and are subject to a minimum payout threshold of ₹100 / $5.
- Abuse & Fraud: ReplyKaro reserves the right to terminate any referral account engaged in fraudulent activity, spam promotion, or misleading advertising. All earned commissions from fraudulent activity will be voided.
5. Prohibited Use
The following uses of ReplyKaro are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination:
- Sending unsolicited spam, phishing links, or malware via automated messages.
- Using the platform to harass, bully, or threaten other Instagram users.
- Automating replies that contain hate speech, explicit content, or illegal material.
- Attempting to bypass rate limits, frequency caps, or security measures.
- Reselling or sublicensing access to your ReplyKaro account to third parties.
- Using the service to scrape, harvest, or collect user data beyond what is necessary for the automation.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these terms. Upon termination:
- All active automations will be immediately deactivated.
- No refunds will be issued for unused portions of any subscription.
- Your data will be retained for 30 days, after which it will be permanently deleted per our Privacy Policy.
- You may request immediate data deletion via our Data Deletion Portal.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall ReplyKaro, its founders, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our platform, including but not limited to loss of revenue, engagement, or followers, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total cumulative liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
8. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of ReplyKaro shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
Before filing any legal claim, both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation for a period of at least 30 days.
