- The 24-hour window: after a customer messages you, you can reply freely for 24 hours. After that, a business-started chat needs an approved template.
- Templates: Meta reviews each template. ReplyKaro checks the text first and shows the review result and the template's quality.
- Number health: ReplyKaro shows your number's quality and messaging-limit status from Meta so you can slow down before it becomes a problem.
- No guarantees: Meta can restrict a number or business account, and ReplyKaro cannot override Meta.

Do I need the WhatsApp Business API?
ReplyKaro uses Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform for you. You connect a number through Meta's Embedded Signup; you do not host or code anything.
Can I use Instagram and WhatsApp together?
Yes. They are separate channels with one inbox and one contact list. People who contact you on more than one channel can be linked by phone number or email.
Can the AI answer WhatsApp messages?
Yes, when you turn it on. It answers only from the knowledge you approve, inside the 24-hour window, and hands over to a person when needed. Starter includes 100 AI replies a month; Pro includes 1,000.
Can I send a broadcast to anyone?
No. Send only to people who agreed to hear from you, using a template Meta has approved. People who reply STOP are excluded.
