How the ManyChat bill grows with your audience
Because ManyChat prices by contacts, the plan you need depends on how many people interact with your account, not on how many messages you send. Using the tiers above: up to 250 contacts fits Essential, up to 2,500 fits Pro, up to 7,500 fits Business and up to 25,000 fits Advanced, before any charge for extra contacts and tax.
Estimate the cost at your own contact count, and again at the count you expect in six months, before you compare tools.
ManyChat's Help Center billing FAQ (updated 27 August 2026) still describes older plans: Free up to 1,000 contacts and Pro from $15 a month for 500 contacts. The new plans apply to accounts created on or after 2 March 2026, so an older account may still be on the old plans.
AI features are sold as an add-on; third-party sources list about $29 a month.

What to compare before you pick
- Does it connect through Instagram's official login and never ask for your password?
- Is there a free plan you can test with your own account, and what are its limits?
- Is pricing flat, per contact, per DM or credit based? Estimate your real monthly bill.
- Which features sit behind paid plans: Story automation, follow-gating, multiple accounts, API?
- What happens at the cap: pause, queue or extra charge?
- Can you see which links people tap, and can a person take over a chat?

ReplyKaro uses Instagram's official API, never asks for your password and only messages people who commented a keyword, replied to your Story or messaged you. It sends within its own hourly limits, set below Meta's. No tool can guarantee an account will never be restricted.

Can I switch tools without losing my audience?
Your followers are on Instagram, not in the tool. You rebuild your keyword automations in the new tool; conversation history stays in the old one, so export contacts first if it allows. Pause the old automation on a post before enabling the new one, because Instagram allows one private reply per comment.
